What is the Screener?

The Tipstop Screener is a powerful match filtering tool that analyzes historical performance data to help you find betting opportunities. It scans thousands of matches across 30+ sports and surfaces those that match your criteria.

Step 1: Choose Your Sport

Select the sport you want to analyze. Football is the default, but you can choose from tennis, basketball, handball, rugby, and many more. Each sport has its own set of statistical indicators.

Step 2: Set Your Bet Type

Choose what you're looking for: Win (home or away victory), Draw, Both Teams to Score, Over/Under goals, and more. The Screener will filter matches where teams have a strong historical record for your selected bet type.

Step 3: Define Your History Window

Select how many past matches to analyze. "Last 10 Matches" is the default and provides a good balance between recency and sample size. Fewer matches give more recent trends; more matches give more reliable statistics.

Step 4: Read the Results

Results show each matching fixture with the success percentage (e.g., "80% (8|10)" means 8 wins in the last 10 matches) and current odds. Higher percentages with decent odds represent potential value bets.

Step 5: Save Your Queries

Found a filter combination that works? Save it as a query. You can reload saved queries with one click and even set alerts to be notified when new matches appear that match your criteria.
